Welcome to the “Competencies to Work in the Green Field and Useful Resources” module, part of our course on the green economy aimed at youth workers who provide job counselling for young people.
This module focuses on equipping youth workers with the skills and knowledge to guide youth toward successful green careers.
This course covers green skills, including both hard and soft competencies, and explores current trends and demands. Participants will gain insights into the GreenComp European Sustainability Competence Framework and learn effective strategies for supporting youth in developing green skills. Additionally, the course provides practical tools for career development, including creating impactful resumes, job search strategies, and leveraging online learning and networking resources.
By the end of this module, you will be empowered to help young people navigate and thrive in the green economy, contributing to a sustainable future.
